Most seminars, you are stuck in a seat just listening and memorizing information.  This is counter-productive because as human beings emotion drives our actions. Ninety percent of our actions are not logical (you will find out more about this at Strengthen Your World).  Logic can leave us stuck, it is a drug, we want more of it, but it leaves us doing nothing. It’s the whole analysis by paralysis. At Strengthen Your World we combine both the mind and body to help you create success, confidence and strong relationships quicker in your life. 

We are who we are today based on all the experiences we have been through.  Some type of emotion was created from that experience and was hard wired into your brain.  Fear, inspiration, happiness…all these are emotions that drive our actions. When we can teach a person how to understand the connection between experiences and emotions, we can then become higher thinkers and create positive emotional decisions instead of fear based emotional decisions.  

There is a component of how powerful exercise really is in someone’s life.  But the main focus is bridging the mind and body together. In order to create results in life you must actually DO something.  Results come through movement. As we do small physical exercises that bring in the mindset, our goal is to help that person not only become stronger in their body, but have more energy to do more throughout the day, create better relationships and make more money.

There will be some activity, you will not be sitting in a chair the entire time, so make sure to wear something comfortable to move in.

There is no age limit. We do recommend no younger than 16. If a person is under the age of 18 they must have a legal guardian sign the wavier.
